Because these mailboxes are personalized they are impossible to return with your or any personalization on it. All sales are final (No Exceptions) Non-refundble or Exchangable. In the case that there was an error on our part with spelling or other gramatical errors, we will be happy to fix any errors that were made on our behalf. Customer pays any shipping fees to get the item to us. We are not responsible for any shipping damages. Should shipping damages occur keep all materials for delivery service to inspect so that the delivery service will settle any damage during shipping disputes.
